Whit and Dorcas Robertson moved to Key West with their Bichon, "Pepper", from Richmond, Virginia and bought the Key West Madhatter in June of 1998. Dorcas has always loved hats and wore them when many women did not have the confidence to do so. They are finally living their dream on the beautiful island of Key West.
